Let’s be realistic, any training can be fantastic, but it is all about pre-framing the course and then the delegates applying the information that is right for them.
Hence, I tend to find the best results come from the following format:
  • Initial consultation
  • 1:1 meeting with all members
  • Training day(s) (facilitating the areas that have been highlighted so they can be resolved and actions taken)
  • Follow up 1:1 meetings
